I have asked the merc dealer if they could fit a cradle to the phone system, but they say even though the phone buttons are all there on the steering wheel - there is not kit fitted. And a kit can not be fitted as it has to be done when the car is made. Surely this is wrong? Someone out there must be able to fit the kit to the car??

hi there a phone kit can be fitted by mercedes but it will cost u alot of money because none of the wiring is installed in the car. now me personally would go to a specialised who can fit an aftermarket system for a much smaller price. hope this helps
