1998 500sl: Not sure where my manual is and lately little exclamation point in yellow triangle on dash panel comes on (sporadically).
1985 389sl: There is some 'play' in steering wheel at the END of a turn (or other). In other words, steering wheel is fine at the beginning of a turn, but then there is just nothing. Not sure if that makes sense.

And, the 85 is a 380 - not a 389!!! Dang laptop keys!
Thanks Boulos - I think you are on the right track because I have noticed it happens when I am making a fast turn, so somthing to do with stability, but I did not understand the rest of the answer. Can you explain in laymans terms please? Should I take it in to the dealer?
