The new SLK's are very nice. Just keep in mind that they're best as a leisure/2nd vehicle. The trunk space ( especially with the hard top folded into the trunk ) is very small. With just 2 seats and the lack of luggage space, a SLK is not a great primary vehicle.

They used to have a reputation as being gutless ( aside from the AMG models ) but the newer ones do have the go to back up the looks. The SLK350 has 300 hp and it does go...

which years, the first few were horrible, after that they figured out how to put it all together, just like the ML suv.
