Also, is it normal for the engine temperature to creep up to 100 and then stay there? All of my other cars' temp gauges stayed in the middle, unless something was wrong. This car's temp gauge goes up and down between the middle mark of 80 and close to 100 a lot of times. Is this normal? What is the optimal engine temperature for this paricular model?
