If you really like the car and you can afford it, then you should get it. They are good trucks. If you want to stand out, get a color besides silver, black, white or gold.

It is a sporty SUV and anyone who can afford one can have it. Don't worry if your "type of people" don't drive it. It drives like a sports sedan, yet it has all the qualities of an SUV. But I would wait until the expected diesel version comes out. It would give you more options and the fuel economy is twice as good. I don't mind your preference BUT a word of CAUTION. Since you say you can afford it, how MUCH money do you have? If you spend it on that, how much money will you have LEFT for whatever FUTURE, FUTURE plan? I don't want to dictate how you will conduct your future. However, be very wary.
