I guess you're right. not that I have owned this car, it was only a CLK 320 2001, but I must say it was the worst MB we ever owned. the only thing nice about it was the design and the color scheme. all else was bad and unreliable. we endured it for 2 years and I will never ever have a CLK. It felt so bad in the curves amd had no stability.

Don't you think the CLS is much nicer? Brabus made the special CLS called something out of a Marvel comic... but it seems awesome..

NO. The black series has more power, better handling, and of course costs more money. But you maybe onto something here. If you are asking aren't they basicaly the same cars with over-boosted V8s and automatic tranies, then you are absolutely right. I don't know when MB will come up with a proper sports car with a real manual transmission, good performance and reliability. The old days of the SL Gulwing are surely missed. I wouldn't spend my money on either of those two cars. I would just get me a PORSCHE CAYMAN S or a Chevy Corvette. And I will buy me another house with the rest of the money.
