I am wondering what sizes are compatible with my vehicle. Also, the factory tire size is P265 60R18 (factory 18 inch wheels with a 110 H Speed Rating). The tires on right now are Continental 4x4's with very very low tread. I am looking to find out which sizes would accommodate my vehicle.

if they make anything like that.

The load index is critical, it's the number before the "H" in the service description. Try not to go below 110, or stay as close to it as possible.
