As you can tell by my username, I'm probably a little bit prejudiced. I just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2004 E500 in Brilliant Silver/Ash with the Sport Appearance package this past weekend and I love it! I previously had a BMW 750iL and it was a much larger car, but my initial impression is that the Mercedes is much better one. I would most highly recommend the E-series over the Bimmer. If you are shopping for new, the 2008 model is the E550.
