...would suddenly stop working? Please!? I get no lights from any turn signal, nor do I get "flashers" on the inside console. its like thye dont exist anymore, and this happened all at the same time while driving. All other lights seem to work fine.

All cars/trucks have a flasher module. It's usually located @ the fuse panel and will look different from all of the fuses and circuit breakers in there. (most that I've seen have round sides with a flat top.) the flasher module creates the 'flash' for all of the light bulbs. failure of this single part can cause all lights to either not flash or not come on at all. some cars have a seperate flasher module for the hazard function dunno about your mercedees. good luck!

Most likely a turn signal switch. Have it checked out by a mechanic. I noticed Mercedes always has problems with lights.

sounds like an electrical problem - simplest thing to check would be fuses (they could all be on the same fuse) - your owner's manual should tell you how to check

if not a fuse, then something in the electrical system that will probably require a mechanic and/or significant effort to get inside the car's dashboard or frame
