How do you take the battery out? I tried with a needle nose plier and that did not work.

Any special technique or tools that must be used?
I appreciate your help.

when in doubt take it to the dealer. I had the same problem with my truck key. Went to the auto store and they said the only one that could help was the bmw dealership

The best thing to do is to take it to the dealership and they can change it out for you.

go to the car dealer ship and get a new one

take it to radio shack. They will have the battery and the tool to change it
