Didn't you read your sales contract? In your sales agreement you agreed to only have you vehicle serviced by the Mercedes Mclaren service team, they are available 24/7 world wide via the contact number in your service book. You have priority anywhere in the world with Mclaren Mercedes.

Call the number and tell them what you want done, they will pick up your car give you a loaner Mercedes AMG SL65/55, fly your car back to germany and return your car when your wishes have been meet.

I had the same problem with getting new rims, because of the ceramic brakes the Mclaren rims are composite and you can not find any other rim to fit it but those from Mclaren. But they make them and you only have to tell them what you want and they can make in.
