kbb.com, or edmunds.com. I prefer edmunds, they take economic factors into account when pricing the vehicle (i.e. the economy is down, so values are down right now, making it a buyers market).

well here what I will tell you. I haven't actually seen one here on USA but they sell the S550 and it start $80k to 160K so I'm guessing the S350 will be under $60K. so I don't know what country you from but this is the information I found about this S Mercedes here in USA.
