I am an exporter of new Mercedes Benz, and I came across a tricky Chinese Custom Regulation.. All importing vehicles must sumbit VIN + Engine Number for approval. VIN is easy, but Enginer Number is tough. I understand Dealer have the access to those, but I can not ask my dealer 10 - 20 Engine Numbers.. Is there any other way for me to search for Engine Number other than asking dealers?
