I purchased a navigation unit and disc from online and plugged it into my mercedes e-class (2004). The dealership confirmed it's the right model and everything. When I go to use it, the system says the navigation is unavailable. Is there anything more I have to do than plug it in? Like a reset or something?

Are you missing the GPS antenna? You didn't mention that.
